Our houses are located in the best part of Halkidiki, built on a plot of 3000 sqm.
The Location
The plot is very amphitheatrical, enabling our guests to enjoy the sunrise overlooking Kassandra Bay and Halkidiki Second Foot up Athos Mount Athos, but also the Sunset overlooking Thermaikos Bay and Mount Olympus.
The beach is just 250 meters from the property and is perfectly organized with beach bars, sun loungers, water sports, restaurants, super markets, etc. We also provide Free Parking within our plot.

Nea Potidaia
Nea Potidea is a very beautiful and picturesque village where guests can swim in the clear blue waters of the sea but also enjoy beautiful afternoon walks. They can also take their car and see parts of the prefecture of Halkidiki or Thessaloniki where the distance is only 60 kilometers. They can also organize beautiful evenings in our garden that are 3,000 square meters and bake at the Barbecue.
